James Garnica

James started working as an Apprentice Carpenter with BSSC in 1995. After a relatively short period of 4 years in the field, he was promoted to foreman, where he remained until joining the superintendent staff in 2008. As the company’s general superintendent since 2011, James is involved in the daily logistics management of field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. He is responsible for all aspects of job organization, quality control, and safety. He works closely with general contractors, owners, and architects to ensure our projects are completed on time and on budget.
