John Zwierzynski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Bradley University and has over 30 years of commercial construction experience. He joined Builders Sales & Service Company in 1999 as a Project Estimator, promoted to Chief Estimator, Vice President and is currently the company’s President. His responsibilities include overall leadership, strategy, and growth of the company. Additional roles include planning/executing take-offs, presenting proposals, proofreading contract documents, managing projects and negotiations with suppliers & owners.
