Shannon Riley

Shannon is a project administrator for the drywall and plaster departments, and payroll assistant manager for the field employees. She has over 10 years of experience in various construction industries and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Her background consists of office administration for a hydrogeologic consulting firm in Palm Beach, Florida, property manager for several mobile home communities in the Quad Cities, and commercial/industrial project manager assistant for a local mechanical contracting company. Shannon joined the BSSC team full time in April 2025.
